Tournament organizers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of data uploaded to AuctionChamp, including player images and personal details.
AuctionChamp software, branding, and content are protected intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Planned maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuctionChamp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or activities that threaten platform security or integrity.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in India, subject to jurisdiction of competent courts.
